RonAmber Deloney, EdD, is a native of Dallas, Texas. In 2024, she was selected for a three-year tenure on the U.S. Fulbright Specialist roster. As a project manager, she enjoys being a visionary and watching the moving parts of a project connect and flow. As a professor, she is committed to honest, well-informed critical thinking. As a performance poet, her stage act is a conversation about street corners, observations on classroom dialogues, and a lyrical presentation of street images. As a DJ, she’s spinning Alice Coltrane and Tom Misch. In Berlin, she’s with the New Night Babies. A Fulbright research grant alumna, she has performed throughout Europe, worked with The Last Poets, and managed projects valued at $5.5B. She has an EdD in Global Training and Development, an MA in Art Politics from NYU, an MSEd in Adolescent Education from St. Johns University, and BAs in English and German from Austin College.

Excursions Project Manager at TEDxSMU
Project lead for 10th anniversary of TEDxSMU excursions program. Planning, monitoring and oversight of 14 individual field activities for 350 conference attendees.

Reading Lab Manager at Dallas ISD
Managed implementation of learning software for Read 180, Achieve 3000, Apex and FastForword blended learning intervention programs from installation to activities. Coached students, teachers and administrators on software usage and data analysis.
· Winner of statewide C.R.E.S.T. award along with counseling team for proposing and implementing strategies to promote student excellence.
· Selected by Dallas ISD as a presenter to 100 educators at the 2014 National Circle of Learner’s Conference on motivating student users of FastForword learning software.
Project Manager at SMU
Responsible for planning, staffing, training, and development of project staff. Program management for 4-day New Cities, Future Ruins convening/festival. Monitoring and program oversight of multiple projects 4-day festival with 200+ attendees and 30+ stakeholders. Creation and ownership of project calendar, project schedule and project budget of $250K. Interfaced with project coalition partners and donors. Realized over $30K in budget savings. Recruitment, training and management of 8 direct reports across six disciplines. Negotiated vendor contracts and arranged related services. Oversee travel and lodging contracts for national and international participants.
